in league setup it would be nice to have a bias to the random stuff, control

what I mean by that is you could set a bias in the play calling to 1)bias/favor to the plays that have been successful or 2) bias/favor to the plays called. ie as a play is called it will be biased less when the next play selection is made

in short - go heavier with what is working or go heavier with plays not called
