Registering for next season

Is anyone else having trouble registering for next season? When I click on register for next season. it does nothing except look like a tint over the screen

Do you have free or a multi team subscription? I didn't have any issues. But I have the multi team subscription.

Edit: I'm playing on a phone in case that may be an issue.

I'm just going with the one free team, Guess it's just not accepting it

It shows you as currently in 2 leagues. That's probably why it won't let you renew.
