Hope you all had a good off-season & camp as we begin the 3rd season "experiment". We have a few new owners this season, hope you new owners enjoy the play diversity and realistic rosters that we strive for in the FCS.

As a reminder, the FCS "goal" is to have 30 or more offensive plays and 23 or more defensive plays used in a game. If you are having a hard time reaching that, dont hesitate to pm me or someone who is posting good play results in this thread to find out how best to do it. Its not that hard. :) Cheers! GdB

Note ... just posted the current pre-season rankings for the RL FCS in the FCS News thread, have a look and see if your team is ranked. One of the fun things, at least for me, is to learn more about both the teams and the division, and now you can also see a lot of games that are televised on ESPN and posted on Youtube.

You have it consistently dialed in loan! Any particular recommendations on the settings and/or rules? Most recent game for me was 28 offense and 27 defense, so just need to increase the offense play selection by 4-5 plays, very close. Am hoping we can get everyone at the same level of play diversity and use.

I made no changes in settings or rules. I give you all a short summary of my settings and rules:

Playbook: Possession Offense / Heavy Zone (3-4)

Rules:
- Offensive "4th and Inches", "No FG losing late", "Goal Line" and "Goal Line #2"
- Defensive "No Auto GL". "No Auto Nickel vs 3WR"

Settings
Offensive: 35% Run, 65% Pass; Personnel: 4/5WR 12, 2RB3TE 1, remainder 10
Defensive: Secondary all 10, Linebackers all 17

Big defensive battle ppickle/Penguins! 6-3 up until the gimmee TD in last minute.

Bisons play use count was good.........

33 offense plays used, 13 - 4 & 5 wr plays. no play used more than 5.

24 defense plays used, none more than 5. 2 GLs used 4 & 3. Nickel/15. Quarter/0.
